This smoothie is a great healthy choice when you're craving something sweet. It tastes like ice cream, but it's vegan, contains only natural sugar and is full of nutrients. Peanut and almond butter are rich sources of protein and healthy plant-based fats. Coconut milk is also a great source of fatty acids that help prevent all kinds of diseases. Add a pinch of superfood maca for a boost of energy along with nutrients like magnesium, calcium, copper, B vitamins and 8 essential amino acids. 

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp. almond butter
  • 1/2 tsp maca powder
  • handful ice

Throw it all in a blender and mix for 1 minute. :)
