healthy frappucino

This delicious recipe is a delicious and easy option for breakfast and a great healthy alternative when you're craving a frappucino, milkshake etc. Drinks like frappucinos are made with tons of sugar- just a tall has 45 grams of sugar, which is nearly twice as much as you should eat in the entire day!  

This healthy alternative has just 10 grams of sugar (and it's just as sweet), plus fiber, protein, and healthy fats to fill you up and get your day started right. 

Healthy Frappucino

  • 1 cup coffee
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup cashews
  • 1 tbsp peanut putter
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder 

Toss everything in a blender and blend for 30 seconds. Add ice if you want the drink to be colder.
