Yoga is a powerful tool for physical, mental, and spiritual growth. It's a dynamic physical practice that goes beyond sweat and strength to illuminate hidden parts of ourselves and connect us to an innate light & wisdom that lies within. Through yoga we can gain greater mental clarity, find a deep sense of self-worth, reduce stress, prevent chronic disease, lose weight, get stronger, connect to a greater power and much more.
I completed my 200 hour teacher certification with Mimi Rieger, with a focus on Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow style yoga. I am a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and certified in CPR & First Aid through the Red Cross.
