A 12-week personalized coaching experience designed to help you create a healthier, more peaceful relationship with food.

This program blends evidence-based nutrition guidance, mindset support, and sustainable habit change to help you feel more confident, connected, and balanced in your everyday life.

Together, we’ll move beyond quick fixes and build a way of eating that supports your body, your lifestyle, and your goals- incorporating mindfulness and somatic practices to help you reconnect with your body, increase self-awareness, reduce stress around food, and build lasting habits from a place of self-trust rather than control.

  • 6 Private 1:1 Coaching Sessions
    Six personalized coaching sessions over 12 weeks designed to support meaningful progress without overwhelm. Together, we’ll navigate challenges, celebrate wins, and create strategies tailored to your lifestyle, goals, and evolving needs.

    Comprehensive Nutrition + Wellness Assessment
    We’ll begin with a detailed review of your current eating patterns, routines, lifestyle habits, stress levels, mindset, and wellness goals. This creates a personalized roadmap that meets you where you are and helps us identify what will create the biggest impact.

    Customized Nutrition Guidance & Meal Support
    Receive individualized nutrition recommendations, meal structure guidance, and practical frameworks that fit your life. No rigid meal plans or food rules—just realistic support to help make eating feel simpler, more enjoyable, and more sustainable.

    Mindfulness + Somatic Support Tools
    Learn mindfulness practices and body-based techniques to strengthen your connection with hunger, fullness, stress, emotions, and self-awareness. These tools help you move away from autopilot eating patterns and create habits rooted in self-trust.

    Ongoing Support Between Sessions

  • The Balanced Body Nutrition Method is broken into 3 phases:

    We’ll take a deeper look at your current habits, relationship with food, routines, mindset patterns, and personal goals. This phase is about understanding your unique needs and creating a foundation rooted in self-awareness—not judgment.

    Practice new habits and create routines that feel aligned with your real life.

    Together we’ll implement personalized nutrition strategies, strengthen consistency, navigate challenges, and develop tools that support lasting change. Small shifts become meaningful progress.

    Create a balanced lifestyle you can actually maintain.

    In this final phase, we focus on flexibility, confidence, and long-term success. You’ll leave with practical tools, personalized strategies, and the self-trust to continue caring for yourself without relying on restrictive rules or all-or-nothing thinking.

  • Investment for The Balanced Body Nutrition Method is $997. Payments can be made in full or completed over a three-month payment plan.

  • Hi, I’m Mariah- a holistic nutrition coach, yoga & meditation teacher, and soon-to-be registered dietitian.

    My coaching style combines elements of mindfulness and somatic healing I’ve learned through my years as a yoga teacher along with proven, evidence-based nutrition guidance to create customized programs for my clients to feel their best mentally and physically.

    I infuse my own personal interest and experience in plant-forward nutrition and mindfulness-based behavior change to show you how a healthy relationship with food can be the basis for the life of your dreams!
