Garlic & Herb Potato Wedges

Try this easy recipe for healthy & delicious homemade fries. I used my @ninjakitchen air fryer which I use daily ✨ You can also make these in the oven if you don’t have an air fryer — you just need to bake for a bit longer.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4-5 small potatoes or 2 large potatoes

  • 1 tbsp avocado or olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, rosemary or oregano

METHOD

1- Cut 4-5 small potatoes or 2 large potatoes into wedges that are about 1/2 inch thick.
2- Toss potato wedges with 1 tsp avocado or olive oil, 1 tsp garlic powder and 1/2 tsp salt until spices are evenly distributed.
3- Transfer potato wedges to air fryer basket and air fry at 390 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Check at 15 minutes to make sure potatoes aren’t getting too brown.
4- Top with fresh herbs like rosemary and thyme and enjoy!
