Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal

Let’s make Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal 🧡✨ I had my first PSL a few weeks ago and she’s had a grip on me ever since! I immediately ordered a Pumpkin Spice seasoning and have been using it with everything. Here’s my favorite breakfast I’ve been enjoying recently. Easy & healthy 🧡

  1. Mash 1 ripe banana (this gives your oatmeal sweetness)

  2. Add 1/2 cup pumpkin purée and 3/4 cup plant based milk to bowl with the banana. Add pumpkin spice seasoning (or a combo of cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, and ginger to your liking) and whisk with a fork to combine.

  3. Add 1 cup of oats and again stir to evenly combine. Cook on the stove at low heat for 5-7 minutes or in the microwave for 2 minutes on those busy mornings

  4. Top with walnuts, sliced apple, and a few dashes of cinnamon, and enjoy!
