PB & J Smoothie Bowl (Copy)

My latest smoothie bowl obsession - it’s simple & sweet, just like the classic sandwich and has been my favorite way to enjoy delicious summer berries while they’re still in season. This bowl is a great way to start the day or give yourself a boost of energy in the afternoon because it’s hydrating and full of fiber, complex carbohydrates, protein, and healthy fats.

SMOOTHIE INGREDIENTS

  • 2 frozen bananas

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries

  • ½ cup plant-based milk (use more if needed to blend)

SMOOTHIE BOWL TOPPINGS

  • Small handful each of blackberries, blueberries, and strawberries

  • 1/2 of your favorite granola

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

  • 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)

Blend your smoothie, add your toppings, and enjoy xx
